Deygoo v. Eastern Abstract Corp.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Nov 1, 1994
84 N.Y.2d 920 (N.Y. 1994)

Opinion

Submitted September 19, 1994

Decided November 1, 1994

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed Supreme Court's order denying defendant's motion to vacate the judgment, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.
