This case is calendared for trial at the Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 4, 2022. On March 10, 2022, respondent filed a motion for continuance of trial. On March 11, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to file a response to respondent's motion for continuance of trial by March 25, 2022. As of the date of this Order the Court has not received a response from petitioner. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance of trial, filed March 10, 2022, is granted, and this case is stricken for trial from the Court's April 4, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial calendar and is continued generally.
