Appeal, No. 295, Jan. T., 1944, from order of Superior Court, Oct. T., 1943, No. 186, affirming order of C. P., Bucks Co., April T., 1942, No. 40, in case of John J. Devlin, trading as Langhorne Dairy, v. The Milk Control Commission of the Commonwealth. Order affirmed.

Same case in Superior Court: 154 Pa. Super. 419.

Appeal to court of common pleas by milk dealer from order of Milk Control Commission revoking dealer's license and directing him to pay to the commission the amount of the underpayments to milk producers.

Order entered affirming order of commission, insofar as it revoked the license of the dealer, but disapproving so much of it as directed the dealer to pay to the commission the amount of the underpayments to the producers. Milk Control Commission appealed to Superior Court, which dismissed the appeal. Appeal by Milk Control Commission allowed to Supreme Court.
