Before the Court is the July 13, 2023 joint motion to abate the appeal pending a mediation scheduled for August 23, 2023. We GRANT the motion. We ORDER the parties to file a status update on or before September 8, 2023. We ABATE this appeal for sixty days. The appeal will be reinstated no later than September 11, 2023.
