Motion for an appeal from the Jefferson Circuit Court.

Judgment convicting appellant of the offense of committing, maintaining, and continuing a common nuisance and punishment fixed at confinement in the county jail for one year.

Hubert Meredith, Attorney General, and Guy H. Herdman, Assistant Attorney General, opposed.


Appeal denied; judgment affirmed.
