On April 17, 2024, respondent filed a status report in this case. In that report respondent outlines the progress the parties have made in resolving-consistently with the final decision in Olsen v. Commissioner, 52 F.4th 889, 904 (10th Cir. 2022), aff'g T.C. Memo. 2021-41-the 200+ related cases involving investors in a Utah solar power scheme. The Court is pleased with the parties' efforts to resolve in an efficient manner the numerous cases in the pipeline.
In consideration of the information contained in the report, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 16, 2024, respondent shall file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the 200+ related cases. If a stipulated decision is filed in the instant case before that date, respondent shall file his status report in the earliest-docketed related case that remains pending.
