On May 25, 2023, respondent filed a status report outlining his plan for resolving this case and the more than 200 related cases that have been held pending final decision in Olsen v. Commissioner, T.C. Memo. 2021-41, aff 'd, 52 F. 4th 889 (10th Cir. 2022). On May 30, 2023, the Court convened a teleconference with the parties to discuss respondent's plan. During the meeting counsel for the parties represented that they are implementing the plan.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that respondent shall file, on or before July 31, 2023, a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case and the related cases.
