ORDER

KEN MOLBERG. JUSTICE

In accordance with the Court's opinion issued this date, we conditionally GRANT relator DeSoto Independent School District's petition for writ of mandamus. The Court ORDERS the trial judge, the Honorable Veretta Frazier, Judge of the 44th Judicial District Court, to VACATE her July 20, 2023 Order Regarding Pre-Suit Discovery and to FILE with this Court, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order, a copy of her order issued in compliance with this order. Should the trial judge fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue. The Court also ORDERS that relator DeSoto Independent School District recover its costs of this original proceeding from real parties in interest.
