On September 5, 2023, docket entry 43, respondent filed a Motion to Calendar. Respondent's Motion indicated that petitioner does not object to the granting of this motion.
On November 30, 2023, docket entry 47, petitioner filed a Motion for Leave to File Objection to Motion to Calendar. Petitioner's Motion indicated that it would lodge Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion to Calendar with the Motion. However, the Objection was filed rather than lodged. The Court will correct the cover sheet to reflect that Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion to Calendar was lodged.
After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall (1) change the docket entry for Petitioner's Objection to Respondent's Motion to Calendar, filed November 30, 2023, docket entry 48, to reflect that it was lodged on November 30, 2023, and (2) add a cover sheet to petitioner's above-referenced Objection that bears an eLodged stamp of November 30, 2023. ORDERED that, on or before January 10, 2024, respondent shall file a response to petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Objection to Motion to Calendar, filed November 30, 2023, docket entry 47.
