MEMORANDUM OPINION

Edward Smith, Justice

Appellant John Paul Desmarais seeks to appeal a judgment of conviction for retaliation. See Tex. Penal Code § 36.06. The conviction is the result of a plea bargain. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex.R.App.P. 25.2(a)(2).

Dismissed for Want of Jurisdiction
