ORDER OF DISMISSAL


The is a civil rights case filed pro se by a state prisoner. The complaint was dismissed with leave to amend in an order entered October 3, 2002. Plaintiff's copy of that order and the order granting him leave to amend were returned by the post office on October 16, 2002. The envelope carries the notation "NIC," meaning "not in custody." Plaintiff has not filed a notice of change of address, and more than sixty days have passed.

This case is therefore DISMISSED without prejudice. See Local R. 3-11(b). The clerk shall close the file.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
