The parties hereto by and through their attorneys of record, Attorney Michael R. Marrinan for Plaintiff and Deborah K. Garvin, McCormick Mitchell for Defendants do hereby stipulate to a dismissal with prejudice of the entire action in exchange for defendants waiving their costs and the right to prevailing party attorney fees. Plaintiff will bear his own costs and attorney's fees.
So stipulated.
ORDER
Pursuant to the Stipulation entered into by the parties to the action, this case is dismissed with prejudice. Each party to bear their own costs and attorney' fees.
