NOT FOR PUBLICATION WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION

This opinion shall not "constitute precedent or be binding upon any court." Although it is posted on the internet, this opinion is binding only on the parties in the case and its use in other cases is limited. R. 1:36-3. Before Judges Simonelli and O'Connor. On appeal from the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Cumberland County, Docket No. L-0640-17. Sandra Harmon, DMD, appellant pro se. Respondent has not filed a brief. PER CURIAM

This matter returns to us following our remand to the trial judge directing that he provide his reasons for finding defendant Sandra Harmon, D.M.D., is entitled to an award of $3,622.50 from plaintiff Dental Care of Stratford in back wages. See Dental Care of Stratford v. Harmon, No. A-3065-17 (App. Div. Jan. 7, 2019). The operative facts pertinent to the issues on appeal are set forth in our original opinion, which we incorporate here by reference and need not repeat. After our remand, the trial judge provided his findings of fact and conclusions of law in a thorough written opinion.

The scope of our review of a non-jury case is limited. Seidman v. Clifton Sav. Bank, S.L.A., 205 N.J. 150, 169 (2011). The findings on which a trial court bases its decision will "not be disturbed unless 'they are so wholly insupportable as to result in a denial of justice . . . .'" Rova Farms Resort, Inc. v. Inv'rs Ins. Co., 65 N.J. 474, 483-84 (1974) (quoting Greenfield v. Dusseault, 60 N.J. Super. 436, 444 (App. Div. 1960) aff'd o.b., 33 N.J. 78 (1960)). Here, we are convinced there is sufficient credible evidence in the record to support the trial judge's decision, and affirm substantially for the reasons set forth in his written opinion.

Affirmed. I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of the original on file in my office.
