So much of the appeal from the modification and paternity judgments as sought review of the weekly child support award is dismissed, not on the merits, but because it has become moot. So much of the judgments as ordered the transfer of ownership of 245 County Street to Elayne Dent and the supplemental order requiring Douglas Dent to pay Elayne Dent's monthly rent are reversed. The judgment dated November 27, 2007, on the complaint for contempt dated June 14, 2007, is affirmed.
