Action to recover damages for injuries sustained through the negligent operation of an automobile by the defendant. Judgment for the plaintiff.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Lee W. Carrier, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1923.
