On November 18, 2021, petitioner Denny Chan filed a status report at docket no. 2435-17. On November 19, 2021, respondent filed a status report in these consolidated cases. Also on November 19, 2021, petitioner Denny Chan filed a status report and three briefs in support at docket no. 2435-17.
The Court's Order issued August 23, 2021, reminded the parties that these cases are currently consolidated and warned the parties that the Court would strike from the record in these cases any filings that do not conform with the proper filing requirements for consolidated cases. Rule 141(a), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Because petitioner Denny Chan's filings filed November 18 and 19, 2021, are only filed at docket no. 2435-17 and do not include all of the docket numbers arranged in chronological order in these consolidated cases, the Court will strike those filings from the record at docket no. 2435-17.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that petitioner Denny Chan's status report, filed November 18, 2021, at docket no. 2435-17 is hereby stricken from the record. It is further
ORDERED that petitioner Denny Chan's status report and three briefs in support filed November 24, 2021, at docket no. 2435-17 are hereby stricken from the record. It is further
ORDERED that on or before February 28, 2022, the parties shall file a status report regarding the then-current status of these consolidated cases.
