ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed September 11, 2023, it is

ORDERED that petitioners shall, on or before September 29, 2023, show cause in writing why respondent's motion to dismiss should not be granted and a decision entered against petitioner for the amounts and for the year set forth in respondent's motion. Petitioners are advised that should they fail to appear for calendar call on October 2, 2023 or otherwise respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause, the Court may be inclined to grant respondent's motion and enter a decision in accordance with that motion.
