PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO STRIKE
For the reasons stated in the Court's memorandum decision entered on this date, IT IS ORDERED the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is denied.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the plaintiff's motion to strike is granted and paragraphs 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 18, and a portion of 21(b), as well as any accompanying documents, are stricken from the defendant's answer.
