ORDER ADOPTING THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

MARCIA A. CRONE, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE

Plaintiff Robert Demison, III, proceeding pro se, filed this civil rights lawsuit. The court previously referred this matter to the Honorable Zack Hawthorn, United States Magistrate Judge, at Beaumont, Texas, for consideration pursuant to applicable laws and orders of this court. Accordingly, the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge (#17) is ADOPTED. The motion for temporary restraining order (#4) is DENIED as moot.

SIGNED at Beaumont, Texas, this 21st day of August, 2023.
