Decided February 9, 1948. Rehearing denied March 1, 1948.

This is an action in which plaintiff in error, plaintiff below, sought to restrain defendant, City of Colorado Springs, from enforcing judgments obtained against him by the city for infractions of municipal ordinances. A motion for dismissal interposed by the city was sustained, and appropriate orders were entered by the trial court.

Error to the District Court of El Paso County, Hon. G. Russell Miller, Judge.
