DAMAGES, § 525evidence of damages insufficient. Verdict, assessing damages at $450 for alleged breaking of printing press while loading it on defendant's truck, was contrary to manifest weight of evidence where purchase price thereof was $175, no financial detriment was shown by reason of loss of its use, and plaintiff's unsupported testimony indicated that he was not present when accident occurred, never saw press thereafter, did not know of his own knowledge what was broken and made no attempt at its repair.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. CLEM SMITH, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
