The reporter's record was due on February 9, 2019. When it was not filed, we notified court reporters Mary Snider and Trashuna Salaam by postcard dated February 13, 2019 and instructed them to file, by March 15, 2019, (1) the reporter's record, (2) written verification that no hearings were recorded, or (3) written verification that appellant had not requested the reporter's record. To date, the reporter's record has not been filed and we have had no communication from either Ms. Snider or Ms. Salaam.
We ORDER court reporters Mary Snider and Trashuna Salaam to file, WITHIN TWENTY DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, the complete reporter's record in these appeals. We caution Ms. Snider and Ms. Salaam that the failure to do so will result in the Court taking whatever remedies it has available to ensure these appeals proceed in a timely fashion, including ordering Ms. Snider and Ms. Salaam not to sit as court reporters until the complete reporter's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Lela Lawrence Mays, Presiding Judge, 283rd Judicial District Court; the Honorable Nancy Kennedy, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2; the Honorable Chika Anyiam, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 7; Mary Snider, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 2; Trashuna Salaam, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 7; and to counsel for all parties.
