An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Ontario County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on December 29, 2014, and an application having been made by Kimberly W. Weisbeck, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child Michlany G.,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kimberly W. Weisbeck, Esq., dated July 16, 2015,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Marybeth D. Barnet, Esq., 20 Pleasant Street, PO Box 377, Canandaigua, New York 1424, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child, Michlany G., and

It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 21, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
