Appellants having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Oneida County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on December 4, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Elizabeth deV. Moeller, Esq., sworn to March 4, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Michael D. Gadarian, Esq., sworn to March 12, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
