This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's February 13, 2023, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, trial session. On January 12, 2023, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance.
Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted in that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and is calendared for trial at the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence at 10:00 a.m. on April 24, 2023, in Room 300, U.S. Custom House, 200 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106. ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties copies of (1) the Notice Setting Case for Trial for the Court's trial session scheduled to commence on April 24, 2023, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and (2) the Standing Pretrial Order for that same trial session.
