ORDER

The Court orders, pursuant to MCR 2.003 (D)(3)(a)(z), the motion to disqualify Judge Brock Swartzle has been referred to the Chief Judge, and upon de novo review, it is DENIED. This Court presumes judges to be impartial, In re MKK, 286 Mich.App. 546,566; 781 N.W.2d 132 (2009), and plaintiff has not provided any evidence of bias or prejudice on the part of Judge Brock Swartzle. None of the general accusations and attacks set forth by plaintiff relate to a ground for disqualification under the Code of Judicial Conduct, MCJC 1 or MCR 2.003(C)(1). Therefore, plaintiff has presented no basis for disqualifying Judge Brock Swartzle.
