Before the Court is appellees' November 7, 2022 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file their brief. We GRANT the motion and extend the deadline to December 16, 2022. This appeal is accelerated and this Court must render judgment not later than the 120th day after the notice of appeal is filed. See Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code Ann. § 15.003(b)(2). Accordingly, we caution appellees that no further extension will be granted.
