Supplemental motion for extension of time to perfect appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the supplemental motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the supplemental motion is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect the appeals is extended to November 4, 2013. It is noted that no further extensions of time to perfect the appeals will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay.
