Richard Deeds appeals from a district court order denying a "petition for writ of habeas corpus (postconviction)" filed on De- cember 8, 2022. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Erika D. Ballou, Judge.
The district court determined that Deeds’ claim was properly raised in a petition for a writ of habeas corpus under NRS 34,360.
AFFIRMED.
