Dedhia v. Malek

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fifth District
Aug 26, 2005
909 So. 2d 490 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2005)

Opinion

No. 5D05-1190.

August 26, 2005.

Petition for Certiorari Review of Order from the Circuit Court for Orange County, A. Thomas Mihok, Judge.

Rosemary B. Wilder, of Kubicki Draper, Miami, for Petitioner.

Wade B. Coye, Orlando, for Respondent.

We deny the petition for writ of certiorari. The trial court has made no ruling regarding the admissibility at trial of the settlement agreements reached among the petitioners/defendants, Maya Dedhia and Seema Dedhia, and others who are no longer parties to the action below. Consequently, no departure from the essential requirements of law has been demonstrated.

PETITION FOR CERTIORARI DENIED.

THOMPSON, SAWAYA and ORFINGER, JJ., concur.
