Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Dirk J. Oudemool, Esq., dated June 11, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Scott D. Mancuso, Esq., dated June 21, 2012, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to supplement the record is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted and appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before September 24, 2012, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
