We DENY the Trustee for the Pastazios Pizza, Inc. Creditors Trust's December 4, 2015 motion to disregard Century Surety Company's reply in support of its motion for extension of time to file notice of appeal and also DENY appellee's December 23, 2015 joinder of that motion. We further DENY Century's motion to intervene and, because we deny the motion to intervene, we DENY as moot Century's motion for extension of time to file notice of appeal.
As Century's motion to intervene has been denied, we STRIKE Century's December 28, 2015 brief.
