Before the Court is appellant's July 6, 2023 second motion for an extension of time to file his opening brief. In his first extension motion, appellant requested a thirty-day extension. By post-card notice, the Court mistakenly granted only a ten-day extension. In light of this Court's error, we GRANT appellant's motion and extend the time to August 7, 2023. We caution appellant that further extension requests will be disfavored.
