DE LAGE LANDEN FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., Plaintiffs and Appellees, v. BRIAN TACKETT, Defendant and Appellant.

ORDER

Through counsel, Appellee De Lage Financial Services, Inc. (hereinafter De Lage) moves this Court for dismissal of this appeal. Self-represented Appellant Brian Tackett has filed a response, titled "Notice of Mootness.'"

De Lage provides that the Domesticated Foreign Judgment is the basis of Tackett's appeal, De Lage puts forth that it has withdrawn its Domesticated Foreign Judgment, filed last year, in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, Lincoln County. De Lage includes a copy of the pleading for withdrawal that was filed in District Court on May 23, 2022.

Tackett concludes that this appeal is moot. He explains that last year, he moved to vacate the Foreign Judgment filed in District Court, and that the court denied his motion on April 18, 2022. Tackett adds that he then appealed to this Court.

Upon good cause, and no objection therefrom, IT IS ORDERED that De Lage's Motion to Dismiss Appeal is GRANTED and this appeal is DISMISSED with prejudice.

The Clerk of the Supreme Court is directed to provide a copy to counsel of record and to Brian Tackett personally.
