Anthony J. De Angelo Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch Judge

Pursuant to the Court's December 22, 2021, Order, the parties were to file a joint status report, or either party could file a status report stating that the other party had reviewed and agreed to the content of the report. On March 11, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report updating the Court of the status of the case and informing the Court that he sent petitioner a draft of the Joint Status Report and "petitioner indicated that he disagreed with its contents and declined to sign it." The parties could have added Mr. DeAngelo's views to the status report and thereby comply with the Court's order. They did not. Also, as yet, the Court has not received from Mr. DeAngelo his own separate status report, so it remains unclear with what in the Commissioner's status report he disagreed. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that Mr. DeAngelo shall file a status report to be delivered to the Court no later than April 1, 2022, informing the Court of his views of the status of this case.
