IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Arlynn A. Parker, Attorney Registration No. 0029312, last known address in Fairborn, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court's order of December 8, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender her Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 7, 2005.
