The petition for writ of habeas corpus is hereby dismissed. To the extent the petitioner alleges ineffective assistance of appellate counsel in case number 1D10-2382, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to petitioner filing an appropriate petition with the district court. See Fla. R. App. 9.141(d). To the extent the petitioner alleges ineffective assistance of trial counsel and other relief from judgment in case number 09-14092, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to petitioner filing an appropriate motion with the trial court. See Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.850.
