On October 3, 2023, this Court ordered that court reporter David J. Laurel not sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed. Mr. Laurel completed filing the reporter's on October 10, 2023.

Accordingly, we VACATE that portion of our orders of October 3, 2023, October 4, 2023, October 6, 2023, and October 10, 2023 that ordered Mr. Laurel not sit as a court reporter until the complete reporter's record is filed. Mr. Laurel may now sit as a court reporter.

Appellant's brief is due NOVEMBER 9, 2023.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Raquel 'Rocky' Jones, Presiding Judge, 203rd Judicial District Court; David Laurel, Official Court Reporter for the 203rd Judicial District Court; Dallas County Auditors Office; and counsel for all parties.
