We REINSTATE this appeal.

We ABATE this appeal for the trial court to comply with our orders of May 22, 2023, and July 11, 2023. The appeal will be reinstated when the findings and orders required by our order of May 22, 2023, are filed with this Court or at such other time as the Court deems appropriate.
