MEMORANDUM OPINION


Norma Oliver Davis was convicted of theft of property having a value less than $50. Punishment was assessed at a $200 fine. We adopted a finding that appellant no longer desires to prosecute the appeal. The clerk's record has never been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b).
