ORDER
We REINSTATE these appeals.
Previously, we ordered supplemental reporter's records to be filed by September 28, 2017 for hearings on any of the following dates: April 16, 2014; April 24, 2014; June 11, 2014; July 10, 2014; July 15, 2014; August 14, 2014; September 18, 2014; September 23, 2014; and the certification hearing on September 24, 2014. On September 25, the supplemental reporter's record from the trial court's September 24, 2014 certification hearing was filed along with a letter from court reporter Martha Grant. In the letter, Grant states there were no hearings on September 18 or September 23, 2014. In addition, Grant notes that she contacted Kelly Pelletier, the official court reporter at the time, who said she was not present on April 16, 2014; April 24, 2014; June 11, 2014; July 10, 2014; July 15, 2014; and August 14, 2014.
Because it appears there are no other reporter's records to be filed, we ORDER appellant's brief due thirty days from the date of this order.
