ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, and cause appearing, this appeal is dismissed. The parties shall bear their own attorney fees and costs. NRAP 42(b).
In light of this order, respondent need not file the response previously directed by this court’s December 31, 2019, order and the preparation and transmission of certain transcripts and the filing of a certificate of delivery regarding those transcripts directed by the December 31 order is likewise no longer required.
