ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

On June 11, 2023 petitioners filed a Motion for Continuance in this matters and based on the reasons set forth therein, this Court granted petitioners' Motion for Continuance continuing trial of these consolidated matters. On June 8, 2023 respondent filed the following motions: (1) a Motion to Compel Production of Documents, (2) a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, (3) a Motion to Review Sufficiency of Answers or Objection to Second Request for Admissions, and (4) a Motion to Review Sufficiency of Answers or Objection to Third Request for Admissions, in these consolidated matters.

Considering the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that on or before July 7, 2023, petitioners are to file a response (or separate responses, if more appropriate) in these matters to respondent's Motion to Compel Production of Documents, Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories, Motion to Review Sufficiency of Answers or Objection to Second Request for Admissions, and Motion to Review Sufficiency of Answers or Objection to Third Request for Admissions.
