ORDER

On May 22, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Take Deposition Pursuant to Rule 74(c)(3), for the Court to allow respondent to depose petitioners Michael Davis and Jonathan Gallant because respondent believes that they have exclusive knowledge of facts of the cases and have rejected respondent's efforts to discuss the information informally, despite initially stating they would agree to informal interviews.

Upon due consideration to the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners shall on or before June 13, 2023, file a response to the above-referenced motion.
