NATALIE DAVIS, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On April 18, 2023, the parties filed a revised proposed stipulated decision, which references only the notice of determination concerning collection action that was attached to the petition filed to commence this case (although the year of issue is stated incorrectly). As a supplemental notice of determination was issued to petitioner on March 20, 2023, it is appropriate for the proposed stipulated decision to reference both fo the notices of determination issued to petitioner.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed April 18, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 24, 2023, the parties shall filed a revised proposed stipulated decision.
