This consolidated case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 18, 2021, for cases in which Dallas, Texas, is the place of trial.

On August 31, 2021, respondent filed a motion for order to show cause why proposed facts and evidence should not be accepted as established pursuant to Rule 91(f).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 27, 2021, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's motion for order to show cause why proposed facts and evidence should not be accepted as established pursuant to Rule 91(f) filed August 31, 2021.
