Action to recover damages for, inter alia, the alleged breach of an insurance contract, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at New Britain, where the court, O'Neill, J., granted the defendants' motion for judgment of nonsuit and rendered judgment for the defendants, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
