ANGEL DARTER, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Upon due consideration of respondent's Answer to Amended Petition, filed March 10, 2022, and respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed May 20, 2022, the Court notes that the mailing address listed for petitioner in each of the Certificates of Service attached thereto does not match the mailing address listed for petitioner in the Court's records. See Notice of Change of Address and Telephone Number for Angel Darter (Jan. 20, 2022).

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 27, 2022, respondent shall file amended certificates of service with respect to the above-referenced Answer to Amended Petition and Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Answer to Amended Petition or Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 11, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. Petitioner is advised that failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the Motion to Dismiss.
