BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

The appellant's motion to reinstate is granted.

This appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. This dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to effect, if appropriate, the procedure described in Etienne v. Simco Recycling Corp., 721 So.2d 399 (Fla. 3d DCA 1998). This order implies no ruling on the finality of any of the orders sought to be appealed by the appellant.

The appellant's motion to remand is denied as moot.

The appellee's withdrawal of its motion to dismiss is treated as a motion. The motion to withdraw is granted. The motion to dismiss is dismissed.
