By order of July 2, 2002, the applications for leave to appeal from the January 9, 2002, judgment of the Court of Appeals, was held in abeyance pending the decision in Taylor v. Gate Pharmaceuticals, et al [Docket Nos. 120624, 120637-41(150), 120642-46, and 120653-54(145)]. On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on March 26, 2003, ___ Mich. ___ (2003), the applications are again considered, and, we REVERSE the January 9, 2002, judgment of the Court of Appeals, and REINSTATE the Oakland Circuit Court's order of summary disposition entered March 2, 2000.
